This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for purchases made through JJ Creator's mobile applications.
1. General Policy
All purchases made through our applications are processed by Google Play Store and are subject to:

Google Play’s refund policies

JJ Creator does not directly process payments and cannot override Google Play’s refund decisions.
2. In-App Purchases
2.1 Types of Purchases
We offer:
Lifetime Premium Access: One-time purchase granting permanent access to premium features
Other In-App Items: (if applicable) As described within the app
2.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely by Google Play
JJ Creator does not store payment information
Transaction records are maintained by Google Play
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Google Play Refund Window
Google Play typically allows refund requests within:
48 hours of purchase for most items
Specific timeframes as determined by Google Play policies
3.2 Refund Criteria
Refunds may be granted for:
Accidental purchases (within Google’s refund window)
Technical issues preventing access to purchased features
Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)
Non-delivery of purchased content
3.3 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be granted for:
Change of mind after Google’s refund window
Normal use or consumption of purchased content
Device incompatibility after purchase
Dissatisfaction with features accurately described
Account-related issues, including:
Using a different Google account than the purchase account
Inability to restore purchases due to account switching
Deletion of the Google account used for purchase
App uninstallation or device changes (purchases are restorable)
Feature expectations not explicitly stated in app descriptions
Refund requests made after extended use of premium features
4. How to Request a Refund
4.1 Through Google Play
Open Google Play Store
Tap Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history
Find the purchase
Tap Request a refund or Report a problem
Follow on-screen instructions
4.2 Google Play Support
Visit Google Play Help Center and contact Google Play support directly.
4.3 Through JJ Creator
If you experience technical issues:
Contact us at contact@jjcreator.com before requesting a refund
Provide:
Google account email used for purchase
Purchase date and transaction ID
Detailed issue description
Screenshots (if applicable)

We will attempt to resolve technical issues before you pursue a refund.
5. Lifetime Premium Access
5.1 Definition
One-time purchase granting permanent access to premium features
No recurring charges
Valid for the functional lifetime of the application
5.2 Important Notes
“Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the application, not the user.
Premium access may change if:
The app is discontinued or replaced
Features are updated or modified
Legal or technical requirements require changes
5.3 App Discontinuation
If an app is discontinued:
Existing users retain access as long as technically feasible
No refunds will be issued for past use
Reasonable notice will be provided when possible
6. Google Account Linking (CRITICAL)
6.1 Account Requirements
Premium purchases are permanently linked to the Google account used at purchase.
To access premium features, you must:
Use the same Google account
Sign in with that account on all devices
6.2 Account-Related Issues (Non-Refundable)
Refunds will not be provided for:
Account switching
Deleted or lost Google accounts
Expecting transfers between accounts
6.3 Purchase Restoration
To restore purchases:
Sign in with the original Google account
Open the app
Go to Restore Purchases
If restoration fails:
Verify account
Check internet connection
Contact support
6.4 Account Transfer
We cannot transfer purchases between Google accounts due to Google Play limitations.
7. Subscription Services (If Applicable)
7.1 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
Charges are handled by Google Play
7.2 Cancellation
Cancel via:
Google Play Store → Subscriptions → Cancel
7.3 Cancellation Effects
Access continues until billing period ends
No partial refunds
7.4 Subscription Refunds
Refunds follow Google Play’s policies.
8. Technical Issues and Support
If you experience:
Premium not unlocking
Restore failures
App crashes affecting access

9. Fraudulent Purchases
9.1 Unauthorized Transactions
Report immediately to Google Play and your payment provider.
9.2 Chargebacks
Chargebacks may result in:
Immediate revocation of premium access
Account suspension
Restriction from future purchases
10. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed by Google Play
Processing time: 5–10 business days
Refunds return to original payment method
11. Exceptions and Discretion
Refunds outside this policy may be granted at JJ Creator’s sole discretion in rare cases and do not set precedent.
12. Consumer Protection Laws
This policy does not limit rights under applicable laws, including:
Consumer Protection Act (India)
Digital content regulations
Regional laws may provide additional rights.
13. Policy Changes
We may update this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Users are responsible for reviewing this policy periodically to stay informed of updates.
Continued use of our applications constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
